27. 전치사 - 장소 (until / by / from / in / on / at )

정리) 

✔ until / by
✔ from
✔ in/on/at : "~에서" → 특정패턴은 있지만 rule은 없음

 

1. At 
:  시설물 / 이벤트
Ex) at the bus stop (사람이 만든 시설물),  at the party (이벤트) , at the conference

✔ But "go"와 같이 쓰이면 to를 써줘야 함 (방향성의 의미 내포)
     Ex) go to the party

 

2. In 
: 공간
Ex) in the lobby, in the bathroom (방이라는 개념이 성립 )

 

3. On 
:표면 / 이동수단
Ex) on the desk , on the wall, on the subway, on the elevator

 

소속의 개념 : in, for > 
✔ I work at a bank : 그냥 은행에서 일만 하면 됨 (청소부, 관리 다 포함 )
✔ I work in a bank : 은행의 직원임 (소속의 개념 포함 , 사장이어도 OK)
✔ He works for a bank : 고용된 직원으로써 일을 한다.

 

< On & In >
✔ I'm on the elevator : 이용수단으로 언급하고 싶은 경우
✔ I'm in the elevator : 내부라는 개념이 부곽 되는 경우
